Received a christmas gift, and I can't wear it due to allergy. I took the product back to exchange it. The store employee was great. I told him I didn't have the receipt as it was a gift. He said no problem! He helped me find a different product. This was a great experience, and I was genuinely grateful. It was nice to see that customer service is not dead! I definitely will continue to shop at this store.
