Picked up my online purchase on 11/21 and was told that one of the two candles (Bright Christmas Morning) I wanted wasn’t available but it was but since I picked it up I had to repurchase it but I wouldn’t get the deal since it was a 2 for $20 deal. Ended up doing a refund to repurchase my items. Told her I didn’t want to do 2 - 2 for $20s when the candle I ordered was in stock all along. Today 11/26, I pick up my 4 for $20 purchase. I glance in the bag and everything looked alright but when I got home and took a closer look I realized they gave me Black Tea Essential Mist instead of Lavender Sleep. It was a scent I was looking at but not the one I ordered. Thankfully it smells good because I’m not driving back there. I did call but to raise awareness to the employees to pay better attenti

I love this store. Friendly and helpful staff, and I just love the seasonal fragrances.

First, let me say that I would rate Bath and Body Works products 5 stars. I love them. Love, love, love them. The staff in the stores though? Horrible. The second I walk in the door, there are multiple associates hounding me. When I say that I just want to look, they follow me and ask continuous questions. I have shopped at Bath and Body Works for 30 years. I do not need anyone to explain lotion to me, and verbal waterboarding is not going to encourage me to try the new scent. If I have a question or need help, I'll ask - you can't take two steps in their stores without tripping over an associate, so I don't expect I'll have any trouble finding one. Maybe instead of having 20 associates on the sales floor, a couple more could open a cash register and speed up the checkout process?

Stopped by, the girls working were very helpful and quite knowledgeable regarding their products. Had a little difficulty finding something to mask my friend's smoking and cat smells, but someone helped us find a woody fragrance or flannel to choose between. He went with a teakwood blend and we'll probably be back for a eucalyptus blend candle for me. Thanks for an enjoyable experience!

The customer service team is on point! Me and my girlfriend stopped in and in our 10 minutes in the store we had help from 4 super friendly employees. Sophia was the bomb at helping us out picking our candles! Awesome!
