I really like their products but their customer service has fallen to abysmal levels. They used to have great holiday deals. Now they just play games with their patrons. Whoever is in charge of their new online deals need to step down. Many times i have put things in my cart and when I have gone to purchase the products it tells me they are no longer available online or in the store. I went to the store the next day and they were fully stocked. I took screen shots to show what happened and they refused to honor the deal. Ridiculous! Also, their flash sales were a joke. I was at work while they did them. I didn't realize they were only a couple hours long so I missed them and didn't find out until after showing up to the store hours later. I absolutely LOVE shopping at Bath & Body Works! Every time I step into this store, I’m greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes it such a pleasure to shop here. The customer service is truly unmatched—Celsea, in particular, always goes above and beyond to ensure I have the best experience. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the products and takes the time to help me find exactly what I need, whether it’s the perfect candle scent, body lotion, or gift ideas for friends and family. We came into the store at 5:30 on a Sunday. That is 30 minutes before they closed. All the employees were rude and would not help us. One of the employees rolled her eyes when we changed our mind on our hand-soap because when we went to put it back, they had already restocked and she had to put it away in a drawer. I have never felt so uncomfortable shopping at a Bath & Body works before.

Great place to shop for gifts. Staff are friendly.
