This location receives a two-star rating due to its limited product selection, consistent with its classification as a lower-tier store. I will continue patronizing the higher-tier store nearest my residence, which offers a significantly broader product range. While the cashier provided adequate service, there is room for improvement in customer service skills.

My son is a pre-teen, and we went into the store looking for a birthday gift for his “crush.” The staff member who greeted us was so friendly and welcoming. I explained the reason for our visit, and she was extremely knowledgeable about the products offered. She steered us toward some age-appropriate choices and made excellent recommendations! This is why we still need real stores sometimes vs online. Fantastic experience!!

Came here on a Saturday afternoon and it was not too busy inside. I was greeted right away and given the latest details and deals that were happening. I was looking for candles and was shown them along with some information immediately. They had a good buy 2, get 2 free deal. All the products were facing and organized nicely. We found our items quickly and checked out with no wait. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend visiting for products or to have a nice chat with the staff. :) By the way, their products smell great.

I always go to B&BW in Willow Lawn. The workers there are very friendly, and I get through the line quick.
