Went in today on 2-6-26 @ 3:30 pm. The staff is pushy.! I had one targeted item that I went to purchase. Got lucky because that item was on sale for "today only” using a "word code" already provided on the BBW site. A short white female who said she was the Manager (retail pickings must be very slim these days) tried to get me to create an account in order to get the sale she said. @ 3:30 in the afternoon…. why doesn’t a Manager know that their word code was the only thing needed on her "ONE day only sale" that began at 9 AM. She had all day to learn that. She’s the one that told me about the sale and yet she still didn’t have accurate information pertaining to her job. I went into this location yesterday was greeted by a older white woman that’s heavy set wearing glasses she kept trying to push the new products I said no five Times but she kept going as someone who deals with anxiety I felt very overwhelmed and had to leave. I get pushing the new products but after five times of me saying I’m not interested an she kept going that’s another level. I’m pretty sure she doesn’t get commission based on sales so there’s no need to push a product like you’re selling a car!

The Sales Associates at this BBW are extremely friendly and helpful! They keep the store well stocked also.

Very well kept and staff very pleasant and professional. They continued to check on me while I shopped and gave the energy that they genuinely was happy to help. A trip worth taking being it's an hour away from where I live, the experience is worth the drive!

Buy all my hand, bath soaps and now shampoo from here. It's expensive, but when deals are going - stock up!
