I definitely love this location, there’s a really nice vibe. Maddy assisted me so nice to choose the best fragrance for me. She is bilingual with the best attitude.

08/13/24 I bought a mini perfume from atop of the cash register counter. I literally used a small amount 3x and it was empty. I believe it holds more than 3 sprays. I took it back and told the young woman working there that maybe customers were using the perfume as a tester because I only 3 uses out of it. I asked what are they going to about it. She said yeah, we are now protecting our bottles better. Keeping them off the counters. I'm thinking they would offer a replacement or a discount. But no, she asked I wanted the empty bottle back or if I wanted her to throw it away for me. It was not worth my time to say anything further. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Very friendly staff. They're helpful and knowledgeable. Decent selection of products, they have all the basics. But personally I prefer the the store in Victoria Gardens because they have a larger selection which allows me to discover more scents and options. Overall, I would definitely return to this store to stock up on my favorites.

Love this store. Please check your candle before buying. Some of them don't have a long enough wick. Their customer service is great! Sent me new ones right away to my home.

If you can avoid this location please do. There’s horrible Customer service and seems like this individual runs this location as if it was her own business. Maybe she’s a manager? She’s tall and wears glasses. I bought a candle that had a horrible burned smell when lit. I went the following day to try and exchange it and she refused. I had to throw it away. I also mistakenly purchased a wrong wallflower ( they have same colors, except one is hot pink) it was wrapped and unopened. I asked her if I can exchange it? She says NO. I went to Ontario location, super sweet, very helpful workers. I was able to exchange with ZERO problems. I hope this comment reaches corporate. This woman needs to go!
