Always smells great! Well lit. Displays are very attractive, inviting and tempting. Great customer service. Lines always moves fast. Great sales. Convenient location. I will he returning for a restock.

I was leaving the store with a bag full of items and my bag ripped. I went back to the register to ask for a new bag. I asked for two bags because I didn’t want to stuff all the items and risk the same thing happening. Employee Trin asked me if I wanted these two small bags. I told her no the bigger bags. She put the bags on the counter and literally went back to what she was doing. I had to ask her to bag my items. After spending my money continuously in this store, I did not appreciate her attitude today. She needs to work on customer interaction and customer service. She also didn’t ask me for my ID when I picked up my order.

I usually love coming here but I'm fairly sure they overcharged me today. I went in with my coupons and was told I couldn't use multiple in the same transaction despite doing so every time prior with no one from management telling me otherwise. Then the half off Halloween products I was charged full price for. I asked the sales clerk about it but she didn't say anything and completed the transaction anyway

I came in this morning to purchase a gift for a co worker and the B&BW associate Tye was phenomenal at assisting me! She had a great spirit and personality!!! Thank you Tye you made my visit very welcoming!

Bath & Body Works My interaction with Jasmine was phenomenal. Her demeanor and willingness to assist was outstanding. She was very knowledgeable about the store's products and was able to describe each scent with detail. Thank you, Jasmine. 😃 I had a wonderful interaction with Alaynna, too. She was very helpful in locating items on my list and explaining the scents. Thank you, Alaynna. 😃
