Bath & Body Works

Had an order canceled while I was shopping and was told it was no longer in stock. I was in the mall already and went in and the candles were in fact in stock. The initial employee that helped me find them was so helpful and said they would help me at the front with the order and honor the price. Got to the front and had the rudest manager. She said “it’s a different label so it’s a different candle” even though they were both called the EXACT SAME THING and had the same label. I asked if she could honor it since it’s called the same thing and she said “it’s a different label” and dismissed me. I asked if she would honor it or if I could speak to a manager and she said “no” and crossed her arms while saying nothing else. She was so passive and aggressive for no reason. If I was arguing or

I couldn’t believe I met the CEO of Bath and Body Works! Wait…Summer isn’t the CEO? Well, they should be. What an absolute delight - please promote them to corporate office asap because they deserve all good things - the loveliest interaction I’ve ever experienced from someone in customer service.

Grew up with Bath & Body Works. All the scents are great. It’s fall time so I’m really excited for all the fall candle scents. Bath & Body Works never disappoints. Cheers!

Workers were super friendly and helpful. Amazing customer service from every single worker on shift! They also made sure the store was fully stocked and the displays were clean and beautiful. Love this location.
