Store manager has a horrible attitude. Not friendly or professional at all. She says horrible things about the customers under her breath.

Love bath and body works i visit atleast once a week because im addicted to the amazing smelling products they sell. Staff at the Poplar Bluff location are always friendly and knowledgeable.

I went to the Poplar Bluff location with plans to use my 25% off coupon before the deadline. I went in with a toddler and was slightly overwhelmed and lost my coupon before I got to the counter. Brandi and Devin on the evening shift, quickly reached out to me when they found it and offered to redo my purchase with the discount applied. I thought this was so thoughtful of them! Not to mention they were very helpful in helping me find my items. They were both phenomenal and made my whole day!
