I came in to pick up a small online order at 10:33am it was not busy maybe 5 other customers were in the store at this time. I had a very unpleasant experience with the cashier Stacy- first off when she called me up she didn’t look me in the eyes but no problem not every one does that but then she takes a call before even asking me anything, after shes done with the call i let her know im here for a pick up again no eye contact or customer service at all however lady behind me she has glanced up several times to look at her. After my transition action is done and moves on to the next customer and her tone of voice is even different. Im not sure what Stacy saw in me that made her not want to give the same customer service as she did to the lady in front of me and behind me but i hope God bl

I absolutely love the store. As soon as you walk in your greeted with a smile. It is my new go to store because they always have my favorite Aromatherapy candle

I went in to redeem my birthday reward and Brittany was a TREMENDOUS help!! She helped me get a really great gift for myself....I rate her customer service 5/5! She even allowed me to demo the product she recommended which for sure sealed the deal....Brittany is a ROCK STAR!!

Nice store but never has the full stock that other stores have. For a newer store you’d think they’d have everything. Employees are nice though
