We like the wallflower products (cinnamon, pretzel cookie, milk shake, clean linen), the foam soap refills, car fresheners (fir) and the tinted spf lip balm

I received a gift card for Christmas and I went to the store to make a purchase. I decided not to purchase the wallflowers and to replace it with another item. The associate said she canceled the transaction. And credited back to my gift card. She did not! whenI I went to purchase the replacement item. My balance said $4.00. The manager gave me a number to call. They gave me a case # and said they would investigate.. There response was I made a purchase and they would not refund me my money. I spoke to two managers plus the gift card number on the card! Nobody believed me and they would not refund my money on my gift card! Please be careful when you purchase a gift card for someone. I wouldn’t want anybody to go through what I experienced!! It might of just been a $30.00 gift card, but it

Just recently purchased this candle from Bath and BodyWork’s, it’s called Champagne Toast and it smells amazing in our home. I give it a 5 star rating.

Long wait for pick up order, me n my wife came in and gentleman in front was polite we waited for about 10 minutes while employees joked and laughed. I tried asking where pick up was at the second register to the right. lady was at the counter. As I spoke my first words she immediately cut me off and let me know she wasnt on the clock yet. She made me feel unwelcomed as she smiled and kept pushing buttons on the screen her hair was curled n brown n blondish she didnt have a name tag on so didn't know her name. It dont cost anything to be nice especially during the holidays

I replace bodywork’s when I use shower gel but perfume and stuff I still have from Christmas seasons and because I don’t go to the club nowhere to show off or get Jon smelling the must like the town center what’s the point when you gonna be smelling like the outside at least deodorant and sunscreen
