Amazing staff! Incredibly friendly and outstanding in their customer service. The team was knowledgeable and attentive, and as a first-time visitor to Bath & Body Works, I truly had no idea where to begin. They guided me efficiently through the different sections and products, making the entire experience easy and enjoyable. The store itself was beautifully arranged and looked fantastic.

We were greeted by Paulina who helped me find exactly what I needed and had a great attitude and sense of humor. Karen helped us at checkout and was super sweet and friendly . Lovely experience!

Not much to say that most people don't already know. This is my favorite location I rarely go to another if I don't order online. Great products, friendly & patient staff and the location is perfectly right in the middle of more shopping. They've been keeping up with the COVID-19 protocols since day 1. The store stays in pristine condition. No hand sanitizer joke needed BUT you really do have lots of scents to choose from after touching bottles lol. You can even wash your hands in-store with one of their soaps before you go.There's always parking and this month it's cool to see that they've donated a portion of their sales in honor of Black History Month to 2 urban leagues. The bottles they've designed are cute too so I'd recommend them as gifts. There's always something to buy at any B&B

A little hard to find, but the deals a awesome. I usually buy enough to last a year.

Love the wallflowers specially cinnamon and poison ivy those two are my favorite. My hallways and rooms smell so beautiful. Staff is always helpful. I also received my free gift for my birthday. Thanks :)
