Have been using this store for years. I'm always coming back every couple months to buy the Wallflower plug in fragrances from the attached White Barn section as well as their foaming soaps. Typically buy fragrances and creams for lady relatives for birthdays and stocking Stuffer Christmas gifts. The only complaint is checkout could be faster.

If i could give this location zero stars i would. I was the only black customer in the store and the manager Devin kept following me around. At first i thought it was just my imagination, but then i realized it wasn’t. No matter where i was in the store she was basically right next to me. I tried my best to ignore it but i couldn’t. All i wanted to do was use my $4.95 body care coupon but i couldn’t after being racially profiled. I will continue to shop at BBW but never at this location. Devin is a terrible example of customer service and it makes it even worse that she is a manager. This location needs to do better.

The person running this store need to get it together. Google says open at 10am. I came at 10:05 and waited 25 minutes outside and they never opened. Out of all the stores this one was the only one closed.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I asked for a specific fragrance and the first space cadet that I encountered had no idea whether the store carried it or not. Every response was "I think" or "I'm not sure" but took no action to even bother to check anything. I then asked if there was anyone else who could help me and he directed me to Joe, who responded that he didn't have it but said I could check the Garden State Plaza. I asked if he could check to see if they had inventory before I drove there, to which he responded that they could not tell and made no other efforts to try to help me either. He basically looked away and proceeded to help someone else. At that point I just left and I will not be back. If I could give zero stars to this store, I absolutely would. Worst
