FABULOUS staff! Extremely clean and stocked store. EVERYTIME I come into this location there is a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable associate to greet and assist me. I feel when I go into this location I am shopping with friends and family! Offering knowledge about ALL products and NEVER pushy for a sale. The associates listen to my needs and wants and allow me to explore and check back to answer any questions I could have! Keep up the great work and training.

I love every time I go in there they greet me with warm hospitality and all smiles and make every transaction very simple.

If I could give this location less than 1 star, I would. Here’s my experience: I brought back some items to return. The lady was rude as hell. She claimed the items were “old”. I said they weren’t old, which they were purchased towards of the end of last year, so to each their own about their definition of old. I asked her if it would be easier to just put it all on a gift card or if I should find the orders I placed for the return. She was very snarky and replied with “well it’s only a couple dollars so..” So it took me a couple minutes but I found the order numbers for the return. So after she processed the return, I started shopping to use some rewards I had saved up. Not joking when I say I overheard that woman that checked me out talk trash on me and the stuff I brought back to anothe

Above and beyond!! My daughter and I experienced two days of EXCELLENT customer service at this location! Leslie & Erica were helpful, cheerful and knowledgeable, from the moment we walked in. My daughter said working with them was like shopping with friends. I had an issue with my rewards app and both Leslie & Erica handled the matter so professionally and successfully and patiently resolved the matter. Customer service is alive and thriving there!!

Friendliest, Cleanest, nicest, most organized Bath and Body around! Employees are always knowledgeable, helpful, and kind.
