I received great customer service. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They exude positive vibes. The store was very clean and organized. I love how there were disposable paper strips to use to sample the perfumes, fragrances, lotions and other products. There are so many lovely scents and great gift ideas here. I would definitely visit again.

Very spacious BBW location has 2 parts. Regular and white barn. Had 25% off coupon and free reward.Got fresh lovely handsoap chasing daydreams. Enjoyed nice visiting this store and big mall too.

Last night was horrific! I notice the young lady who was cashier be racist to multiple african american specific people. Declining everyone who was black transactions. People who have racial motives should not work in this type of environment. I am going to the ends to make sure my colleagues stop coming to this store and to stop shopping this brand. I have a strong social media outlet. Little did she know. Your company is going to suffer for her actions

Jeanine(Jennine) was helping me when no one else could. I was looking for the shapeable soaps for months and she overheard my conversation and helped me find 3 soaps!! She was very friendly and helpful to my shopping experience. An angel in the darkness for real.

I love bath & body works candles hand soaps and lately their detergent and fabric softener it is $30 both of those I think they're $15 a piece but before I knew of that I used to get the fragrance Downy that comes in the purple plastic bottle
