Bath & Body Works

The customer service from Sandi was the worst I've ever experienced at any bath and body works location ever. She didn't tell us the deals,she didn't offer a bag. She told another customer the deals once the cx asked. I didn't hear it so I asked what the deals were. She snapped at me and said them. Then she checked us out and I asked 4 times to bag my candles separately from the person I was with. She continued to ignore me. I thought the bag was too heavy and was afraid my $100 worth of candles would break. So I asked for another bag. She proceded to snap at me and tell me, "There was a bottom in the bag." It was a thin piece of cardboard. She was rude and didn't listen to anything I said. The store was clean and very organized. I won't be returning to this location, I highly don't recomm

I stopped into the store and the customer service from the beginning was fantastic! Heather was so sweet and very helpful! If you stop by any bath and body works I truly recommend the one in OC Md outlets!!

Visited the west OCMD store in White Marlin Mall recently and was completely blown away by the exceptional service I received from Heather and her coworker. Great suggestion for products & also helped me save some $ too! Will certainly shop here again!

I work at Ulta so I stop into this Bath and Body Works quite often. At least once a week. The employees here are SO WONDERFUL! They are always helpful and kind. They ask what scents you like and will take you to items you may like. They are all so knowledgeable! Thanks for being a great place to go for some genuine kindness! Jess knew I like a particular scent of candle. So when it came in she came to Ulta to let me know. Can't say enough good things about this store and it's employees!!!

Came in for mothers day gifts, was greated immediately and informed of their new scents as well as the promotion where you could get a totebag full of goodies if you spent a certain amount.
