It turned out so modern and good looking an much easier to use and the grab rails are very stylis. The installer "Joshua Jones" did all the work he is a craftsman he worked non stop on the days he had the parts. We did have a two week delay waiting for the custom pan. First one was incorrect now I need to start work on my other bathroom. Would highly recommend Joshua Jones to install whatever you want

Sanaya, Lesley, and Matt were all wonderful yesterday during the BLACK FRIDAY SALE!! Sanaya definitely got us in the door with the spend $40 get $40 Special bag; Lesley was very informative while helping us finding the best scented products to suit me and my daughter each 🥰 Matt sealed the deal at checkout with his chipper personality helping us get as many deals and understanding what it means to be a MEMBER with exclusive 1st hour dibs on certain sales🤭👀😉 All of them made the experience AMAZING!!! Outstanding Service from Two Amazing Associates! I just had the best experience at Bed Bath & Beyond today, thanks to two wonderful associates. Mariel was super helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed. The other associate (I unfortunately didn’t catch her name) was just as amazing—she was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely made my shopping experience a pleasure. Both of them truly made my visit stand out, and their kindness and dedication to great service are something I really appreciated. It’s not every day you encounter such a high level of care and attention, and it made all the difference in my experience. Thank you both so much for your help today!

I went here yesterday 10/22 to pick up an online order before work. I stood in a somewhat lengthy line before asking an associate for help with a pickup order. I assume he was a manager because he was wearing all black and had a headset. He seemed annoyed I bothered him and snapped at me that there's a long line so someone would be with me shortly. I went back to the line and he appeared in the middle of the store announcing he could help with pickup orders. I walked over and he asked for an order number. I showed him my ID and he again seemed annoyed, sighing "I'll have to type it in." Overall just kind of a snarky and condescing person, like it was such an inconvenience to him to help me. I accompanied the better half on a trip to this Bath & Body Works. First off, I admit that I know little about this store and it's products. But the wife likes to shop there when the sales are worth a visit. So she stocks up on the items that she likes, to save time and money. As she shopped for the items that we must have. I walked around to check out this little store. What I found was a store that a lot of women seemed to like. They were not over crowded, but it was early afternoon on a weekday (August 2023).
