Really like this store , but trying too find a good mens cologne that I like and long lasting is hard , very few selections for men and alot of them are considered seasonal but u can usually find it online if they don't have it

I love to stop here for my hand soaps! Dizzying amount of fragrance options (that's not a con- its awesome!) Sometimes employees dont offer the greatest assistance, or maybe the general atmosphere is just stand-offish and reserved. Hard to pinpoint, but it's just a consistant feeling, so I just try to get in and out quickly, engaging very little. Sale prices are usually worth waiting for and stocking up.

Like the selection. Prices are high unless you have coupons. Plenty of staff standing around but one checker. Got two different opinions on which item qualified for the coupon. Perhaps new hires not fully informed. B&B product is great so keep going back.

I would rate 0 if I could. Went in with my 2 sisters. One of my sisters bought a dozen foaming hand soaps. The girl checking her out started putting the sale in a bag, then said oops she needed a larger bag. When we were packing up to leave, my sister noticed there were only 10 bottles in her bag instead of 12. So we took her sales slip and went back to the store. The girl on the floor checked with a manager and then said they couldn’t do anything. manager never came out. She said we could call the White Barn company. Essentially she was calling my sister a liar. Rude people - no customer service. I have never come across such poor customer service for such a small dollar amount.

I love walking into a store and the manager is talking bad about customers. Not. I walked in and she was talking badly about me and another customer and I wasn't even in there long. Not only that, she is ALWAYS on her phone when on the floor but will yell at other workers for being on their phones. Totally hypocritical. Almost every time I go into the store, and she's working, she is always on her phone, ignoring customers. Looks terrible.
