Bath & Body Works

So excited to have a Bath & Body Works here in Nogales! The store looks amazing—clean, well organized, and always stocked with great products. The team is friendly and helpful every time I visit. You can tell there’s great management behind how well everything runs. Such a nice addition to our town!

Today, I went to the location in Nogales, Arizona to pick up my order, but they had lost it. The Store manager Alejandra was not kind or friendly at all. Instead of offering any help or apology for the inconvenience, she simply stated that my money would be refunded. I had driven a long distance for nothing, and the lack of professionalism and customer service was extremely disappointing.

I honestly did not expect this store to make it out here but it is a breath of fresh air, it was such a beautiful store to walk into and everyone looked soo excited, the crew working today were so upbeat and very knowledgeable on the products at the store. Definitely surprised and will definitely be a hit out here..even though the weather was rainy and I wished I could of spent more time in there..I will be coming in often.

I called because I had a question about an online order I had placed. The lady on the phone answered in English. I asked my question, she then answered the question in Spanish. I apologized and told her I didn't understand her answer because I didn't speak Spanish. She then said she'd check, put me on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up. Rude and disrespectful.

I went to the store in Nogales, the employees are great, Alejandra the manager had a really bad attitude with one of her employees in front of customers she was yelling, I wont come back horrible environment..
