Affordable. Customer service is lack luster. Unprofessional though. Took several minutes to acknowledge I was there. Stylist was late my appointment started 15 min. Why make an appointment? Too many phone calls. Unprofessional. Haircut alright but not likely to return when there are so many options.

I chose this salon because it seemed like a more affordable option, but I’ve ended up spending way more time and money trying to fix the results and I honestly regret going here. I had my whole head colored.The highlights weren’t blended well from the beginning and I hated how harsh they were.I went back to the salon about four months later to have the highlights removed, hoping to get back to my natural hair color. They were able to tone down or remove the rest of the color, except for the money pieces, which are still visibly off and don’t match the rest of my hair. They have turned now into a brassy red/orange.My guess is they over bleached or didnt tone it properly.Now I’m stuck waiting to grow them out just to fix the mistake completely. Although the pricing is superb the professionalism and quality is wonderful. They truly do care about you and your hair. No matter who cuts your hair, they do it in a friendly and professional manner.

No complaints, but receptionist is a bit arrogant. She thinks she lives in small Italian town I guess.
