Bath & Body Works

This is a good store to shop at, friendly staff and things are always in stock. But the reason for my 3 star is, that it is difficult to shop around when there is about 8-10 employees working on the floor stocking shelves, which then leads to them leaving the drawers on the floor open that hold the extra stock. Which is a problem for me and people that have vision issues, that can't see. Then I also find that there is never enough space to navigate by the cash register. It's over crowded with people cashing out or waiting to cash out, and then all the small product shelves that are cramed there to. It makes it hard to exit the store. There is also a few other minor things but these are some main problems.

I love this store. They always have what I'm looking for and everything is reasonably priced!! Great customer service as well 👍

Guru was an essential part of me coming to Bath and body Works time and time again his expertise and knowledge of the products is the only reason I go to Eastwood Mall Bath and body Works. He should definitely be running the store if not, at least the assistant store manager if there was an option for 10 to 100 stars, I would give it to him

I love Bath and Body works. I shop here all the time but today, 9/20/24 I was turned off upon entering. I was greeted by an associate who meant well as she asked me what I was shopping for. I just wanted to use my reward that expired today. I did not care to be bothered. I see the sales every day on my phone. She asked if I had anymore coupons. I said no. She then proceeded to tell me I need to open my app for coupons. I know I have coupons. I just don't want to use them now. I got my reward and left.

I went in to shop today and the store was not only a mess because they were moving product around and empty tables but the associates didn’t even acknowledge me until I was walking out of the door. One associate even passed next to me in the store and gave me a rather nasty look. I will take my business elsewhere next time as I didn’t feel welcome to shop in this store.
