Emma was fantastic as always! Love her! No one else touches my hair! She started off as my hair stylist, but now she’s a great friend. She’s an incredible stylist and an even better person.

Terrible experience in Niles, Ohio. It’s unacceptable to pay for a service when the stylist doesn’t even know how to properly wash your hair. They used a tiny blow dryer that felt like a toy, blowing only cold air. When I left and took a photo, the back of my head was still wet. My hair actually felt worse than when I arrived. Completely disappointing and unprofessional.

Valerie fixed everything another stylist at another place messed up. She listened and excelled at making me love my hair again. (No longer NNED to wear a hat to feel comfortable.) Will never go anywhere else again! FIVE STARS for Valerie and Cost Cutters in Niles.

Very unhappy. Color wasn’t what I wanted, took 3 1/2 hours, my hair wasn’t dried all the way like I had asked, my eyebrows were uneven. The stylist seemed very new or like he had no idea what he was doing.

Emma was great, my daughter was nervous for her Hoco hair style and in her words “Emma cooked”, we will definitely be back!!
