I had an amazing experience at this Bath & Body Works location! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and appreciated. I truly loved seeing the diversity within the team, it felt authentic and inviting, which made my shopping experience even better. I haven’t always received the best service at other Bath & Body Works stores, so I really value consistency. This team absolutely delivered. The store looked great, the energy was positive, and the associates were attentive and knowledgeable. The way the featured units were presented even encouraged me to purchase a few items I wouldn’t normally have considered ,that’s strong execution and great service. Had the best checkout experience today at this location. Mekhi attended me and informed me he was still in training. And did an amazing job. I come to this location often and the interactions are ok. However Mekhi went above and beyond. Was super attentive and personable. My shopping experience was made due to this wonderful experience. Five stars.

Stopped by for Black Friday deals which were amazing! Unfortunately didn’t realised I was short 2 items for the offer on sale, I went back the next day and the staff were very helpful and honoured the deal I was supposed to have received. The girl on checkout was very polite and made the entire experience very special during the holiday season!

Absolutely love this location and all the workers are so nice. It’s kept clean but massive shout out to the manager who’s short with red curly hair. I’ve been to this location at least four times this month not only is she helpful but she has so much holiday cheer it makes the difference.

Ok so we all know what to expect from B&B but I just thought I'd take the time to highlight the excellent customer service I received when I called in last week whilst on holiday from London, oh and the new holiday stuff smells amazing
