If I could give zero stars, I would. The manager Zorina at this Bath & Body Works is extremely rude and disrespectful to her employees. She talks to them like they’re beneath her and expects everyone to do everything exactly her way — like they’re her personal servants. You can literally feel the tension in the store because of how she treats the staff. It’s sad because the workers are friendly and hardworking, but the way she speaks to them is completely unprofessional. Bath & Body Works really needs to look into her behavior — no one deserves to be treated like that at work.

Zorina is the most disrespectful and rude human being. She treats her employees like children and has no care in the world to be respectful. She needs to learn to treat and speak to people the way she wants to be treated and spoken to. She needs help with basic human communication skills. I feel sorry for all the employees here, no job in this world could pay me enough to deal with someone like her.

This location is such a gem. It’s my local store, which is such an added bonus. I called the store to see if they had an item in stock, mind you it’s the semi-annual sale, so they’re super busy, and Kristin actually put the call on hold and physically went to check and then placed the items on hold for me. This may seem like no big deal, but I must have called ten stores, and no one, I mean no one, actually went to check and just said no. Kristin is terrific!! She’s so sweet and helpful and caring. I also have had the utmost pleasure of being assisted by Samantha and Bernadette, and they are delightful, attentive and very helpful!! The manager of the store, Zorina, is THE BEST!! This location is top tier ! Always very helpful staff , they greet you at the entry with warm loving smiles , the store is always kept impeccable and fully stocked , this is my happy place and the best shopping experience ever! What a great team at this location!

This place is so good!!!! I love the scents so much especially strawberry pound cake. They had a sale and the hand sanitizer had a good sale!! They were 1 dollar each and the staff was so nice! I love this store and I have been to many. This one was probably the best yet!! While the hand soaps were a little pricey. They smell GREAT..
