I was just in there and the employees were soooo sweet and helpful, Olivia literally directed me all the way through the store, and answered allll my questions that I had!! Overall it was a very uplifting experience!!! Good customer service is hard to come by these days but they sure are on it in there!! ❤️

Bath & Body Works never disappoints! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with amazing scents and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The store is always clean, well-organized, and full of vibrant displays that make it easy to find exactly what you’re looking for—or discover something new. The customer service is top-notch. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to help with product recommendations or gift ideas. Whether I’m stocking up on seasonal candles, treating myself to a new body lotion, or grabbing gifts for friends, I always leave with something I love.

It was obviously busy at the store, but the associate at the front made time to swing by to check what I was looking for when they could. I was able to find exactly what I wanted and get through the line in good time! Always great service.

Every time i go, everyone is super nice and helpful. All the employees seem like they actually want to help you, and of course the place has good products! Sales are decent too

Every time I come to the store it is so clean and organized! Also easy to find products and the employees are always willing to help and make the shopping experience smooth! Loving the Halloween products this year!!!
