I happened to stop by at the right time during an excellent Christmas sale (buy 3, get 3 free), which made everything even better, but even without the sale, certainly worth recommending for the excellent products. Friendly and helpful staff. Wife loved the stuff I got for her, so that's all that matters. Maybe next time I'll check out some of the men's products for myself.

I recently visited the Bath & Body Works at Towne Center, and I have to say, it was an absolutely amazing experience! The store was bright, clean, and smelled incredible the moment I walked in. What truly made my visit stand out, though, was the wonderful employee named Faye. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect scents and even suggested some great gift ideas I hadn’t thought of. Faye was friendly, patient, and had such a positive attitude that made shopping there a real pleasure. I happened to read a review from someone named “828 chic” who said negative things about her, and honestly, that review couldn’t be further from the truth. I had the best experience ever!! All of the stuff at this location were very friendly. Faye greeted me with a warm smile and helped me find my favorite scents. The ladies at the register help sign me up for the rewards program and explained how it works. Thanks Faye and everyone for being so kind and helpful.

My family and I went in to get some holiday candles and both times we received excellent service. I shop the sales and Becky helped me determine which items qualified. My husband was able to find a specific scent car freshener with help from Johan. I usually shop online because we have a preschooler with a disability and sometimes employees stare us down as we maneuver his stroller around the store (understandable, candles are fragile); however, Nae and Stephen both made us feel welcomed. They all let us know this location of BBW is family friendly, inclusive and the employees are happy to help. .

Really nice shop, helpful and friendly staff. Had to grab a pickup order but had my dog with me, thankfully she was allowed in as they’re dog-friendly (she loved all the sniffs!), really appreciated the accommodation. Highly recommend
