The cashiers demeanor was off putting. Just really off putting. I came for a price adjustment and was told they would not adjust ( I needed an adjustment due to a coupon I had ). Well, well, well, I went to another B&BW location and the price adjustment was completed. Why tell a customer if you’re not sure ? Just ask and verify. Bad service with a horrible attitude and demeanor. I think the name was Tamika from a previous negative review about her.

The gentleman that helped me at Bath and body Works went way above and beyond he was helping me and two other customers at the same time, but we couldn’t tell because his customer service was superior. The store was clean. The associates were nice and in the atmosphere was welcoming and inviting.

Hello, now you know customer service is by far one of THE most important aspects of a business. I must tip my hat to this location. The asst. manager Toya made it her business to help me and make sure that I was serviced. But, I will give a heartfelt THANK YOU to Najee, who noticed my initial displeasure and made the decision to make Toya aware. It is of great importance to acknowledge, care enough, and make known of how customers feel about service provided. It shows exceptional service and teamwork by Najee and Toya. They always have the hottest scents available. The store was nice and clean, and I'm always greeted. Thank you, BBW, for keeping me smelling good and leaving with a smile 😃
