The lady who greeted me was nice but after walking around the store for a while looking for my favorite scents, I realized they didn’t have any of them. She asked me if I had found anything and I told her no but I was looking for Cucumber Melon and she expressed it was discontinued. News flash, I found it on the Bath and Body website which it is not discontinued. The workers need to have better knowledge about the workplace.

I am a huge fan of B&BW. I probably shop here way too much, tbh. But I always have a great experience. With that being said, today is the first time I’ve been to the store in Monroe, Cincinnati Outlets location. Normally, any location I’ve been to, EVER; it’s almost annoying how many employees approach me to give assistance in shopping. Today, no one greeted me, even as I walked in circles looking for a specific item. I walk around for about 15 minutes, can’t find the specific item I’d like to purchase, then make my way to the counter to ask who Appears to be an hourly employee and possibly a manager. There is a line at the register next to where they are standing. The manager barely looks up at me, Points to behind me and says Loudly, “The line’s over there!!” I know, I actually looking

Incredible staff helpful at every turn wide selection of soaps lotions fragrances candles you name it they've got it. Stores only been open 2 weeks so everything is fresh crispy clean.

Always a nice experience. The store is nicer than most. It was very neat and organized. I'm not crazy about the way the chain sorts their merchandise, but that isn't the fault of the store. The cashiers were very patient and kind to us which I appreciate as this was a special outing for my mother and my daughter. Indoor malls are becoming much more rare, but stores like these keep them fun to go to.
