Bath & Body Works

This is the Disneyland of fragrance. Always welcoming. Friendly service. Take coffee beans if u can. They neutralize smells between trying different fragrances. My new favorites are from their Milk series. Heavenly. All their branches are great.

Extremely rude Joanne is the worst, loud, aggressive and extremely unprofessional and refusing to honor the return policy even though all criteria is satisfied asking to call customer service online. Joanne made fun of different bath and body works I had bought items from calling it a loser store for poor people. Advice is to staff with people who are respectful and ethical of their own policies.

I ordered a 4x 8fl oz Japanese cherry blossom body lotion at Great Mall (San Jose, CA) and when I arrived, the counter gave me 4x travel size (3fl oz) instead. And I told her it is not the right size, she gave me a look like I'm cheating. So, I have to dig in my email and show her the prove. Later, she talk to the manager and brought the manager to me and told me that they have to cancel my order and re-enter the whole entry due to I order an old packing (design of the bottle) and they are giving me the new packing which is with a higher price. So, I have to pay extra dollar instead of what I original pay on Bath and Body Works original website. I said NO! I told them, I buy from the Bath & Body works website, it is not my fault to pay the price different while you guys didn't put the co

I constantly go here to buy lotions. Customer service is ehhhh I had an encounter with someone named Fernanda she seem uninterested in giving me service! I had the most prettiest woman I ever seen give me the best customer service very helpful,thoughtful always with a beautiful bright smile! She deserves a raise I believe her name was Jenn! I’ll keep coming to this store just because of this experience!
