I joined the loyalty program this morning. The beautiful cashier was very nice signing me up. She informed me of my membership benefits and the points. She also said that I needed to download the app which I'm currently having trouble with but it's okay. I'll figure it out. I enjoyed my visit I just didn't bring enough money with me.

Good place to shop for lotions and candles. This is located in the Milledgeville Mall, Milledgeville, Georgia. The mall is on the northwest corner of the US441 and Roberson road intersection. It is a mall so parking is not a problem. The Bath and Body works store is pretty much in the center of the mall. This chain opened in 1990 in Albany, Ohio and this is one of their 1900 stores. The store offers a variety of lotions, sprays, bath soaps, and candles. Their prices may be high but get on their mailing list and they will send out coupons that offer good discounts like buy-one-get-one-free, free gifts, or 20% off. At visits to other stores, we have been greeted upon entering the store and offered help by a staff member. The same thing happened here. They greeted us on entering and asked if

The staff makes this location the best around. Always wonderful service and the store is always beautifully done.

I love the new, larger location; however, I’ve noticed that there is usually only one cashier and a long line while the other employees are on the floor. Today, there were 8 customers waiting in line. I brought this to the attention of the manager, who was doing inventory instead of helping the cashier out, and the manager told me this is company policy. I can’t imagine this is good practice to keep customers waiting in line. I’d much rather have an expeditious check-out than have someone greet and hand me a basket at the door.

Never, ever had a bad shopping experience here. The sales are great, the store is always organized well, and aside from being overpriced (which isn't this store, but the chain overall), in my opinion, it's a wonderful store. I'll definitely be back, and have been many times. So glad there's one of these locally. Really good option for quick gifts, especially if you catch a good sale, have a coupon, or are willing to spend a little more than usual.
