The staff was extremely professional and provided excellent customer service. They helped me find all I was looking for and took the time to go above and beyond helping me. Prices were fair and competitive with a good selection of products. Great atmosphere for shopping. I left as a pleased customer.

I’ve usually had great experiences with this store until today. After purchasing some candles, they were not wrapped up and were not secured in the bag, as I go to get the bag out of the car one rolls out and shattered. Once I called the store to let them know the issue, not only was the manager completely unhelpful, but tried to tell me that even if the candles were wrapped and secured they still would have broken so it’s not there problem!!! I’ve honestly had better customer service at McDonald’s which is ridiculous considering the prices at Bath and Body works.

This evening, I went in right before closing (mistakenly—I thought they closed an hour later from when I went in) and it seems a lot of others had gone in last minute. But everyone who was working this evening was killing it. If they were annoyed with us last minute shoppers, they didn’t show it. They took their time and even allowed other customers to grab additional items. EVERYONE was kind and patient—the ladies on the floor, the cashiers, EVERYONE. I was super impressed and will be going back (at a more decent hour).

This team at commonwealth always goes above and beyond ! I have shopped at this location for over 8 years. Devonda and Taylor have been the best employees at this location for years! Always so helpful and friendly ! Thank you for always making it a fun environment to shop in! Appreciate you two and all of the staff at this location!! 💙🤍💙🤍

The placement of the display shelf near the entrance door should be reconsidered due to congestion and potential safety concerns during busy times. Implementing seals on open-sale products, similar to Victoria's Secret, could prevent tampering. Additionally, customer service training is recommended for Crystal to improve her interactions with customers. Very rude person.
