The customer service here was wonderful! The sales associate Luke was so friendly and kind. He gave recommendations of products based on my favorite scents. The other employees were just as nice! The store was well-stocked and organized with so many different delicious scents. 😊

I visited here recently, and the staff were super nice! I was greeted as I was walking around the store, and both Clepson and the manager, Luke, came to me to recommend scents and see what would be the best fit for what I was looking for. Angelina was such a doll, so helpful and kind, and when I was checking out, she offered to gift-wrap the items I purchased as a gift for someone. Overall, just a great shopping experience, would definitely recommend this location!

My first time to this location. It smells so good and the sales person was so nice and welcoming. She let us know what is new and what is on sale. I liked her approach. They are all decorated and stocked for Valentine's Day, of course. I bought a pretty candle holder and a sparkly small jewelry tray. I didn't have extra time to stay but I will be back again in the near future. I was able to find street parking.There is also a parking garage.

Outstanding Customer Service at Bath & Body Works – Midtown Location I’ve visited many Bath & Body Works stores over the years, but my experience today at the Midtown location truly stood out thanks to Jackie. She went far and beyond to help us choose the right fragrances. From the moment we walked in, Jackie stayed with us the entire time, making sure we had the chance to try all the scents we were interested in. She didn’t rush us at all and took the time to explain the different notes and compositions of each product. Her knowledge, patience, and passion for the products made this shopping experience not only smooth but genuinely enjoyable. MERLIN! She did such an amazing job! From the moment I walked in for the candle sale to my check out I went early morning it was pretty slow and I adv her I was pregnant and I am super sensitive to smell and she helped me pic out all my candles. She is the sweetest person I ever met and made my experience memorable!
