Oliver is fantastic! I really appreciated his welcoming and enthusiastic personality. He helped me find all the popular fall fragrances to go with my Halloween projector wall flower, I love it! This location is great! It's in a convenient shopping center and is always clean and well stocked. I recommend signing up for emails and mail, they send out lots of great promotional discounts. I was able to get a percentage off my order today+ a free candle thanks to a mail promotion.

Wonderful selection. I don't know how the girls stand in there all day. After like 3 minutes I felt like I was getting high from the fumes. You guys need to do something about that. I don't know how they're sitting in there all day that's can't be good for them. Put a window in or something lol I don't know

I absolutely love this place for it's 3 wick candles alone. My last experience wasn't to bad except some lady followed me around the store looking in my basket made me a little uncomfortable. Other than that the customer service is good.

0 stars! It’s always SOMETHING with y’all! I literally went to use JUST my expiring rewards twice now & instead of using the one that’s expiring y’all are using ones that don’t expire until 3 months from now causing me to loose out on multiple rewards! Mind you, each reward means you spent $100! I had 35!!!! That’s $3500! The ladies at Massillon location are rude as can be & I will not be going back! I told this lady to use my reward that’s expiring tomorrow & she purposely uses the newest one & I go back in the store after noticing & she runs away from the door cuz she knew what she did! The manager also said what do you want me to do about it! VERY RUDE! Unprofessional! They hate their job! That’s too bad so sad! She was also mad I was able to get a cat coin purse accessory bcuz she said

Customer service is awful. Not accommodating to customers at all! Online ordering/pick up is nothing short of a hassle. Never going back again.
