Mary's Merle Norman studio is the best I've ever visited. Her products are fresh and new, the entire store is so clean and dust free it actually sparkles! Mary always greets me by name, which is amazing considering all the customers she has and the fact that I only stop in every few months. She is helpful, cheerful and willing to offer suggestions, samples and shipping products if I prefer. I always look forward to stopping in to her studio to see what's new, to pick up my Merle Norman makeup and to chat with Mary. The fact that Merle Norman offers a free gift occasionally is just a bonus to an already successful small business operation. I highly recommend making the trip to Amherst Shopping Plaza to visit Mary and her Merle Norman studio!

I love going to our Massillon Merle Norman. Mary is so helpful and never “pushy” to purchase products. She gives helpful advice and tips. The store is well stocked so that you can always get the product that you went into purchase. She also did a beautiful job on my daughters makeup on her wedding day. Mary is a perfectionist!

Merle Norman Cosmetics are wonderful and high quality. I haven't used anything else for several years. The Massillon Ohio store is the absolute best. Mary the owner treats her customers as friends. She's always so kind and welcoming. We moved to another state a year ago, and now I order everything directly from Mary to be shipped to me. She is always offering great sales and specials too.

Hands down, this is my favorite place to purchase cosmetics. Not only do Merle Norman products work great (this is coming from someone who had to try countless makeup products/brands before finding Merle Norman), but Mary (shop owner) just makes the entire experience enjoyable/easy-going. Mary is always willing to go the extra mile for her customers, without giving off the impression that she is just trying to make 'a sale'. Mary is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about the Merle products, and wants customers to be satisfied. I have been to other Merle Norman franchises where unfortunately, the owners/workers were not nearly as pleasant or helpful.
