Brought back in a candle that is unusable. Two of the three wicks will extinguish prematurely and won’t even burn only one of the wicks will burn for a long period of time. Of course this happens and I’m down to 50% of the candle and they won’t take it back because they want 75% or more of the candle back which I understand but I’m having this problem at 50% when technically this candle is non-returnable so that’s $25 down the drain for a item this is faulty from the manufacturer and don’t get me wrong. I would love to use this candle in completion I don’t make returns often at all. Store manager recommended they call customer service, but they can’t help me because there’s no receipt information because this candles is from three years ago. I’m really disappointed in my experience here. I placed a pickup order (picked up 2 days ago) and was given the wrong wallflower scent, I was irritated but I understand that accidents happen. I called and they said to bring it in and they could swap it out for the correct one. I was okay with this. I brought it back in tonight to swap it out only to get home and discover that the girl helping me put the incorrect scent I brought in BACK IN MY BAG. I called and they said “is there any chance you can come back in?” I am super irritated because I really shouldn’t have had to come back the second time let alone a 3rd. I also can’t believe that this is all they will do to right they’re wrong. So once again I will make another trip in for something that could’ve been avoided. Never shopping at

Great selection of body care products for anyone! We really enjoy their candles and foaming hand soap. Nice that they have a good selection for every season. They also typically have good sales on items here and there.

Went to the Mankato store today 8/21/22 to return a spray that literally wouldn’t spray. The spray was bought on my debit card only a few weeks ago. They were rude and stated it was well used and they wouldn’t give me a new sprayer top as they stated they didn’t have one. I understood they didn’t have one and then asked them to look up my receipt and I’ll exchange it for a new one. They told me they don’t do that here. I’m well aware of their return policy as it’s clearly posted online. I think the rude manager that was working around 11:15a needs to be retrained on your policies and customer service. I’ve been shopping at this location for over 20 years and never again. Poor customer service. I understand why people prefer online shopping as you don’t have to deal with rude employees.
