I had such a pleasant experience with all employees (Johanna, Tara) and the store manager Carlos. They were helpful and shared current promotions so I could get the most from my purchase.

I have always loved Bath & Body and come here every year for the Black Friday sale. The only things I would fix are the format availability for the scents, and certain aspects of the store layout. For example, some scents are only available as a hand soap but not as a lotion. And you'll find the same scent multiple times throughout the store but with different product options so you have to backtrack if you find something you want more.

I would give this store zero stars if I could. I was TRYING to shop and 3 workers are congregating and talking in the area I am trying to shop in. One of the workers was restocking items in that section, understandable. The other 2 employees should not have been over there. They made it impossible for me to shop and I WALKED OUT without even purchasing anything!!!! ***Not to mention, I genuinely wanted to purchase a few items.*** All 3 of the workers could tell I was trying to shop in that section and none of them moved out of the way. As a customer I should not have to ASK THE EMPLOYEE TO EXCUSE ME and move out of my way when I am trying to shop. Especially when they are just CHATTING. This is not chit chat hour. Love the perfumes and candles, what can I say even though I am a guy I love coming here with my mom, my girlfriend, or even with just my friends... All sorts of scents going on in here and sometimes bringing coupons is just the way to go!

Definitely a must visit place for all the body shop needs. Their latest winter collection are just awesome tinted with Thanksgiving offer. There is something for everyone here to take away.
