I ventured out in the snow storm today to finish up some Christmas shopping. No people, no waiting in lines. BBW had some amazing sales and I still needed to use my November birthday discount ($9.95) . Mind you, I don't usually shop in store. Anytime I've shopped here, we're kindly greeted, asked if we need any help. Sometimes annoyingly excessive. I feel to have a constant sense of urgency from asssociates most times. (Is this a BBW thing?)Today was decent with the exception of a "trying" and unapproachable stoic employee at the checkout. I'll call her associate #1. I didn't go to this associate because I wasn't feeling "the vibes". However my daughter and I were the only people checking out (there was one other customers in the store) and I explained to my associate, #2, that I needed to

Staff is friendly and attentive. Huge selection of candles, air fresheners for car and plug ins for living space. Lotions, soaps, cologne, body spray, antibacterial gel, etc..

Staff were very helpful, Mellisa at check out was extremely rude. Not just to me, but heard others complaining as well.

Tara who works here is very rude, only greets "certain" customers. Frowns upon people of color

The quality of B&BW has gone down so much I can't believe it. I treated myself to this $30 candle 10 days ago. I've burned it about 5 times and there's less than an inch of wax left. It's supposed to burn 25-40 hours, I'd say I got more like 10-15. Not only that but the wicks moved around in the wax so the two I could still light started to melt the plastic on the outside of the label??? Who puts a plastic label around a glass candle that can melt and burn?! So now I'm throwing it away with 10% of the wax still in it and my living room smells like burnt plastic.
