I brought a candle in that was defective. It wasn’t burning correctly and the wicks wouldn’t stay lit. I brought it in for an exchange, and they told me that they would not exchange the candle because it had been used. I had never returned anything there before. The employee asked her manager right in front of me and that is what the manager said. The employee gave me my candle back and I told her just to keep it. I went to the Fort Collins store to make a large purchase instead and told them about my experience. They said that she should’ve exchanged it since the candle was defective. Not going there again

I love this store. I come in here for all of my room sprays, candles, hand sanitizers, and hand soaps. I don't typically use their moisturizers or body wash due to all the chemicals in them, but I love all of their scents. And this store in particular has fantastic customer service. All the ladies are very welcoming, very nice, and extremely helpful! I enjoy coming here!

Two weeks before Christmas and the gal refused to let my sister in knowing she only needed two things and it wouldn’t take long. Refused to let her in but went ahead and let a man in. Ummm way to be sexist. And outstanding service. Jk
