Disclaimer: This is a general review for the company, this is the location the items were ordered for pickup at. During a buy 3 candles get 4 free sale, my partner placed an order. When we went to go pick up the order after receiving a text that the order was ready, my partner was informed the order was not ready and to come back "tomorrow". When the next day came, my partner recieved and email stating that part of the order was canceled. The canceled parts are the sale items. The sale is now over and the refund is nowhere near enough to repurchase. These were gifts for her loved ones that she picked out specifically and she is a long time loyal customer. Edit: After a 30 minute call to Customer service and being placed on hold 5 times. She was able to reorder at the sale price.

Service can be a bit slow sy the register and online orders take two to three days to get filled

Bought plenty of body sprays & hand soaps on this visit. Staff was helpful & the cashier was also helping me w/an extra percent off frm my coupon, i didnt know i could use.. soo kool 😎 👍

Fantastic shop with so many great products. The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. Just walking in and the smells just take over and online shopping and pick up is a breeze. I highly recommend this particular location in Ladera Heights, you won't be disappointed.

Horrible experience. Main woman at the register was terribly rude and would not help with my simple issue. Everyone else seemed friendly enough, but for that lady’s abhorrent attitude alone I would not recommend shopping at this Bath and Body.
