Bath & Body Works

Went here with my older sister here on Thursday, 1- 16-2025. The Bath & Body Works in The Whitney Field's Mall they've closed and moved to this location in Water Town Plaza in Leominster, MA. This is a smaller location. The staff was extremely helpful and super friendly and quite nice . They greeted us as we walked in and Thanked us for shopping at B&BW. Nice store , clean and well- lit, they had a large selection of 75% percent off " For their Semi - Annual Sale." Not exactly sure if the sale is still going on ... We love going to different Bath & and body works in different areas/ states . 5 Star service, hands - down! Nice experience!!

I absolutely love this store. I basically live here. By far hands down the best place for lotions, soaps, and body sprays and perfume. It's great for both women and men. I also love the people there. They are super sweet and very helpful.

I went in tonight to use my reward, and I really appreciate the young man who said to me.This isn't it a regular reward you can get 1 for more value and then brought me around the store to show me exactly what I could get. I feel like he went above and beyond. And I truly appreciate that.And I hope that the store realizes what a value he is.

I bought several Christmas gifts for my friends at the Bath Body Works online store and picked them up at the Fitchburg store one day after the pickup was available. When I got there, the employee couldn't find my order. We waited for more than 30 minutes and nothing, so she decided to pick up the products. I was so tired that I didn't check. Today I went to wrap the gifts and there are products missing. This is absurd. You managed to ruin my Christmas.

It's better set up than mall locations. People are friendly and helpful. Parking is a little nutty in this plaza, but that's because the stores here are all pretty busy, so I'm not going to ding anyone for that.
