Bath & Body Works

The staff was nice. All three ladies offered me assistance, we're polite, and courteous. The location was clean, the manager experienced, and the staff communicated well with each other. Will definitely go here again 👍🏾

I buy my hand soaps from Bath and Body Works all the time. Yesterday I walked in to the Lebanon store and stood right next to a young man who is an employee and never got a hello or may I help you. My son walks in same thing not a peep he was literally standing right next to us stocking shelves with an apron on. Customer service is definitely key if you want people to return to your store needles to say I will not be.

I really miss the one in the Lebanon Valley Mall, it was so convenient. This place is nice tho, very clean and all the associates are awesome.

Be prepared to be harassed at the door about a return or exchange even being asked in front of every customer in the store why you’re returning/what you are exchanging. You aren’t even given an opportunity to make it to the register. I was even “escorted” back to the register and told she needed to do so. So absolutely rude and not the way a store or employee should handle themselves if they want repeat customers. If they are that concerned about dishonesty and theft, maybe hire a loss prevention team. Will not return to this location.

Love the store! Wishing I could use wallflowers, they have the cutest winter/Christmas plugs, but they give me headaches, so I settle for hand soaps!
