Bath & Body Works

I went to this Bath and Body works and Jayciana was the sweetest girl in the world. She was so helpful and made sure I got everything I needed. She was the best!!

Jayciana was fabulous courteous knowledgeable patient. She also help me find my phone when I lost it in the store. I will certainly be back and the manager wasn’t too bad himself.

Five employees, all assisting one customer? One was walking in my direction and quickly turned, I guess she didn’t see that I saw her. One gentleman comes from the back passing the four that were conversing to finally greet us, and all we needed was a pick up. I was going to purchase more, but clearly they didn’t want to help anyway. When the gentleman told one of the women to assist she was not seeming too thrilled about having to help. Will probably never come back.

All here is nice and smells good, but prices are too high, you have to wait for some promotions and not all the products are involved. The prices is the problem.

They have good candles, body wash, lotion and great sales! The last time I went I had a issue with 1 employee because they were about to close she was very rude about it! But the lady that checked us out was very nice so I'll still give 5 stars i wish I could of got her name she's awesome!
