Went in looking for something in particular. Wasn’t displayed on shelves so I asked. Associate checked stock and found me what I wanted. Great displays and customer service. Left with goal met and decided to stock up on other things.

I loved the $5.95 promotion! There are so many excellent quality products at super affordable prices. 💥 You can tell the store pays attention to every detail and always has the customer in mind. I'll definitely take advantage of this offer again. Highly recommended!

Nice products. Rude employees. I've had a gift card to use since December 2024. Been to the 98 North location three times. Employees RUDE! Still have the gift card. Going to try once more before telling my daughter.

Despite the huge sale going on and the store being full of customers, staff was super helpful and patiently answered my questions and helped me locate products. Checkout was friendly, helpful, and efficient. I appreciated that the cashier advised me of a great sale with the three-wick candles so I was able to avail myself of the discount.

Worst bath and body works I’ve ever been to.Stephanie and Elly were terrible, we Set something aside (with our name) so I could get a return from my vehicle and they sold the items within minutes of us giving it to a employee and giving them our names(which were the last of its kind and scent) so no resolution and no offer of compensation for just completely selling something we picked out, and nothing but a sorry and a smile. Spending thousands of dollars on a company a year and they can’t even compensate you when they sell the last scent of an item is ridiculous. I’d call it terrible customer service but it’s more accurately a lack of. Shame on bath and body works.
