Bath & Body Works

I visited this Bath & Body Works location this evening and had a very disappointing experience. After making a purchase and leaving the store, my wallet fell out of my purse. Once I realized it was missing, I immediately called the store and was told that my wallet had been found. However, I was then informed that an employee gave the wallet to someone else without checking the ID inside or verifying ownership. This was extremely concerning and could have been avoided with proper procedures. Please be cautious when shopping here, especially with personal belongings.

I absolutely LOVE this place this is my 3rd time being in here and LOVE this place and my fragrance mist is pink obsessed I only got one bottle that day and I’m wanting another bottle. It smells that great.!!!! Extremely satisfied definitely recommend this place

Great experience shopping here. Quick trip in and out( I lie. I spent 30 minutes smelling all the new scents) LOL They always suck you in ! Even my husband got stuck smelling all the new scents and picked out 4 new lotions to try! Everyone was very helpful, asking if we needed anything or looking for certain scents .

The ladies in this store are awesome. We went in there today and everyone was super friendly. I changed what I wanted at the register and they we so helpful. Like it was nothing to them. Makes me so happy to go to a place like that!! Even the manager was great. She said people yell at them. WRONG JUST WRONG you don't holler at people. They are too nice for that!!!

Sales are a joke it is always what people didn't like. Candle prices are too expensive. Most of them do not have a good through. I buy body care only with a coupon. My new favorite is White t shirt. We will see how long they will have it. Too many scents that smell like food. Some sales last one day. That is not good when we don't have a store in our town. Shipping is expensive.
