Bath & Body Works

I just left Bath & Body Works in the mall in Killeen, TX. I went in looking for a specific wallflower fragrance plug that I had seen on the app. My current one stopped working last week and I wanted to replace it, especially since I had purchased more wallflowers on my last visit here recently. I went inside the store and walked straight to where the wallflowers are located and began comparing the plugs on the app(on my cellphone) to the plugs in the store. I was looking for a specific type. I noticed an employee walk up next to me and “act” like she was straightening up the candles next to the wallflowers. She stayed close to me watching me as if I were trying to steal something. She never spoke to me. She didn’t ask if I needed help finding anything. She just kept an eye on me. I eventua

The team here never minds answering questions. Someone is always quick to greet me and offer assistance, which makes a big difference. Today, I had a moment where a bottle slipped out of my hand—loud and very obvious. For a few seconds, I was worried they might be upset with me. But instead, an employee checked in and asked if I was okay. That simple act of kindness turned a potentially uncomfortable moment into one of care and dignity. It meant more than she probably realized. It's moments like these that are a reminder accessibility is also about how people respond.

They had their annual candle event! And the selection of candles were absolutely amazing. Not to forget that the stuff handled the mass amount of people like a well-oiled machine. Very efficient and getting people in and out! So glad I was able! So glad I was able to be! So glad I was able to be a part! So glad I was able to make it. And they honored an expired 20% Off entire purchase coupon from yesterday!

Went in for the big sale. Had a coupon I wasn't sure would be accepted. The cashier had to put it in twice but made sure my coupon got applied

Cash register woman was very snippy and rude. Even though the store is bigger than I'm used to. The professionalism and common courtesy is not apparently used in this store.
