Bath & Body Works

While one sale there are certain products that I stock up on. Usually I order online but I happened to be in the mall so I stopped by. The employees are very pleasant and helpful. They helped me locate the items I needed which helped to speed up my visit. It's nice to see a company that still is considering customer service.

Long time shopper with this company, will NEVER shop at this location again. Had the EXTREME DISPLEASURE of dealing with "NICOLE" who identified herself as the assistant manager, but provided no last name. She was just rude and nasty for no reason. One of those people who hate their job and it shows. A simple mix-up with a free item that was to be provided with the purchase of a paid item. Nicole attempted to speak to me as if I was 5 years old when I was trying to get an understanding of the mix-up. I had to quickly shut her down and let her know I would not be spoken to that way. She intentionally attempted to antagonize me by telling me to have a nice day repeatedly, and would not give me any information in regards to any managers above her. I had such an amazing experience at Bath & Body Works thanks to Jenna! She went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. She was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable about the products, and her positive energy made shopping so enjoyable. Jenna truly made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. I left with great products and a big smile—thanks to her wonderful customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I hope to see Jenna again!

If Bath and Body Works could bottle up the energy and kindness of their employee Portia, it would be their best-selling fragrance! From the moment we walked in, she greeted us like old friends and turned a quick shopping stop into a full-on experience. She didn’t just point us to the candles—she became our personal scent guide, helping us find the perfect fragrances with patience, humor, and an incredible knowledge of the products. She had us laughing the entire time, cracking jokes while somehow knowing exactly which scents would suit us best (how does she do that?!).
