This place is a dangerous place for my wallet but love going here. Always something new to try and the staff are polite, friendly, and respectful. They offered help even if you think you don't need it. The store is clean and clutter free. Even though there are alot of scents they don't overwhelm your senses. I spent $300 easily but will do again anytime I go here lol.

Last weekend, I was visiting the Jacksonville, NC, area from Georgia and placed an order online from my hotel room to pick up at the Jacksonville Mall location; however, it was sent to another location in North Carolina, too far from my location. So I went into the Jacksonville Mall location and told them my issue. For the most part, no one really seemed interested in helping me. Finally, the manager told me I could purchase the products at his store and cancel the online order. That was fine since I purchased the items at a great price and didn't want to miss that sale. So, I had to go and find all the products in the store which for me as a senior citizen with back issues was no small matter. However, alone came Gabriella. I absolutely love Bath & body Works and their staff always extremely helpful and kind. I always get immediate assistance. Plus, that is always fantastic, because it is on average busy in there however, the checkout went very smooth and quick. What a great time of year when they’re having their semi annual.

I felt racially profiled today being watched in the store. I have more than enough money to spend on that cheap smelling scented water. Stop assuming that SPECIFIC people don’t have money to spend in the store who probably makes more than you all, anyway. It just makes the whole experience uncomfortable with employees just standing around “watching”.
