I usually never write reviews, but I just have to write one for this b&bw location. The lady at the register was so incredibly helpful and kind. She helped me find the exact thing I was looking for. I can’t remember her name, she had blonde hair and was wearing neon earrings. I recommend this location, and thank you to the nice lady who helped me out!

This is a pretty store and you can try quite a few products. As far as products, I'd make an observation that they do not have instructions on some of their foaming hand soap pumps that other stores contain with instructions on how to make regular soap function properly in such a dispenser. I would steer clear of one of the associates, Irene. She seemed to be having a bad day of sorts and was very disrespectful towards my significant other. We had a question about some of the testers and she seemed short and frustrated, as if we did not understand her response. I admit it partially could have been how the question was phrased, or the tonality taken in the way it was asked, but she could have been a lot nicer about it. Avoid!!! I had to return a couple barely used candles I was unhappy with I did not have a receipt. The lady only returned one and said it’s the only time I can return . I went to freehold mall and no issues. If you have returns, avoid this store . I’m never going back and I’ve purchased hundreds from this location . I purchased gifts for teachers, family, and friends from there . They lost a good customer.

The store is fine if you're making a purchase, but absolutely horrendous if you have to return or exchange something- and it's the supervisors/managers who are the problem, not the hourly associates. I let it go the first time but since this is the second time I felt it warranted mentioning this in a review. (And they don't even have their individual store return policy posted, so at this location you're really at the mercy of whoever happens to be MOD when you go.)
