We love a lot of their products, but definitely not their wallflower room deodorizers. The plug-in part is defective and we have replaced many of them. They leak product after a few months. I wish they would re-engineer these because we do love the scents. But it’s hard to justify replacing these every few months.

Lauren and Cathy are amazing. I had my package stolen from my neighbors porch as fedex delivered to wrong apartment. It was all my Halloween goodies. Customer service refunded. I provided them with my original email with items on sale and they gave me those prices. I am so happy now that I have my items and all the things I wanted since the sale was done. This is the store I always go to and this is one of the reasons I continue. Good customer service and always so helpful.

Lovely location. There was a good amount of stock. So often when I go to B&BW they're out of half of what I'm looking for, and this location had everything I was looking for and more. The staff was gentle, but not overly annoying when they asked if I needed help. There were some great prices on clearance items and the sale was a good price as well. I wouldn't purchase B&BW without any kind of sale, as the overall quality has gone down. The body sprays don't last anywhere near as long, and the lotion scents don't actually match the body sprays anymore.

The product is great but everytime I walk in, I am greeted with a "HELLO!!! How can I help you?" from afar and before the door even finishes closing. Maybe some like this quick customer service, but for me I'd like to take a breath first. Most of the time I know what I need and where it is, and when I don't I'm more interested in browsing the store at my pace without a specific item in mind or a need for help. A simple "Hello, welcome in" would be better, or if you want to offer your help in finding something give me a few seconds of being in the store and ask when you're near me rather than 10 to 15 feet away ☺️
