Bath & Body Works

I had a very frustrating experience with Bath & Body Works located at 407 W 49th St, Hialeah. I placed an order because the website clearly showed that the item was in stock at this location. However, when I went to pick up my order, I was told that one of the products was not available. If the system says an item is available, it should actually be there. Customers rely on this information and take time out of their day to place an order and drive to the store. This reflects very poor inventory management. At the very least, the online inventory should be accurate, or customers should be notified before making the trip. This experience was a waste of time, and I hope this location improves its inventory accuracy.

MY FELLOW AMERICANS, TODAY MY BESTIE CHAS AND I DECIDED TO GO SHOPPING AT BATH AND BODY WORKS IN HIALEAH (PALM SPRINGS MILE) THIS PLAZA HAS BEEN HERE FOR AT LEAST 50 YEARS. OMG WHAT A PLEASURE IT WAS THEY ARE SO HELPFUL AND DELIGHTED THAT YOUR THERE. I FELT LIKE PRINCE HARRY AND MEGHAN IT WAS AMAZING ! NATHALY AND PABLO ARE GREAT AT THEIR JOB AND PABLO WELL, HE WAS BEAUTIFUL AND WORE HIS APRON WELL. BOTH OF THEM ARE JOYOUS AND MAKE YOU FEEL SPECIAL. I WILL CONTINUE TO SHOP HERE AT THE BATH AND BODY WORKS AT WESTLAND MALL JUST SO I COULD STAY IN TOUCH WITH PABLO HE WAS REALLY HELPFUL WHEN I ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT THE MEN LINE. I ACTUALLY BOUGHT TWO NEW SCENTS THAT WHERE AMAZING AND A BUNNY FOR MY ROOM. IF YOUR EVER IN HIALEAH. THIS IS ONE STORE OR TWO YOU DEFINITELY HAVE TO VISIT. ITS LIKE

Great candles but don't normally have the very good ones on sale like gardenia, aromatherapy, palo santo, and many other good ones for $13.95 I'm a very old loyal customer of Bath and Body Works since 1996

Employees were very kind and helpful. Store was very clean and organized. I was lucky to go at a time where there wasn’t many customers. My favorite part is always the promotions they have going on.
